You can pay by credit or debit card through Paypal which is a secure payment process. We do not keep details of your credit card number or have any access to your payment details. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone by calling us on +44 (0)1234 589383 where we will process the payment manually.
For items in stock we will aim to deliver within 3-5 days via Royal Mail. Certain items need time to be constructed e.g. clocks so please allow up to 2 weeks from date of the order (however it is most likely the case that it will be posted out within a day or two, unless we are away from our workshop). Please allow approximately 5-12 days for international deliveries.
If, when the goods arrive, they are not what you expect, please return them to us within 7 days in the original packaging and we will either exchange them or return your money straight away. However, please note, we cannot refund postage costs incurred in returning any item (unless proved to be faulty). When returning goods, we also suggest you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer). Please note, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail.
If on the rare occasion your order arrives faulty or damaged by post, please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1234 589383 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance prior to returning the product. In this circumstance, a replacement will be sent out (if in stock) once the initial product is received and deemed defective.
Once discussed via telephone/email, please return in it's original packaging to our workshop address: Little Timbers, The Barn, Warrington House Farm, Olney, Buckinghamshire, MK46 4HN.
