Payment

All transactions are handled by PayPal, but you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay. For more details including PayPal security measures please see PayPal's website. You can use a wide range of credit and debit cards.

Alternatively, if you wish to make a payment over the telephone we have secure facilities by which you can pay by credit or debit card. A receipt will be sent along with your purchase.

It is safe to purchase online through our site and we send you a confirmation email once you have made your purchase.


Delivery

No matter how many products you order, you will simply be charged one postage cost dependant on your location.

We will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 days of receiving it using first class Royal Mail postage, however if an item is not in stock it may take longer but we will advise you. If you do require an order immediately, please call us or send an email and we will try our best to dispatch for your convenience. 

We deliver to destinations all around the world with Royal Mail - a tracked and signed service is used for sending any parcels outside of the UK. For postage costs, please visit our Delivery page - click here to view.

Some items may be delivered via courier and may require a signature at the door, so please bear this in mind. 


Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. Please inform us immediately and we will put it right either by exchanging or giving a full refund depending on your preference (excluding the cost of postage unless the product is faulty).

You are responsible for the return postage unless the product is defective.

There is no refund for products that are personalised unless there is a fault in the mechanics or the spelling, proven it is our fault.


Website

All effort is made to show the products with photographic images accurately, but actual colours and tones will vary due to variations in lighting conditions, computer monitors and computer settings.
